Barriet Dairy or Ostehullet opened its doors in December 2009, making it possible for privates to stop at the dairy to get an alternative to the cheese products offered in the super markets. Since then the assortment of Ostehullet has grown, so that we now can offer cheese for everyday and special occasions.
You can choose between more than 75 different sorts of cheese – the softest of the cream cheeses to from the hardest of the yellow cheeses – and we have everything from the Danish danbo hard cheese in different vintages over the Dutch gouda to the French port salut. And off course you can buy our selfproduced spiced cream cheeses in smaller packages.
